THE ESDR AND COVID-19 – update

The ESDR and COVID-19 – update 15 April 2020

As the largest investigative dermatology society in Europe, we are taking seriously our responsibilities to protect communities from the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
Concerned by your safety, following the recommendations for social distancing and governments lockdown, we are working closely with our sister societies and partners on postponing all events between now and this summer.
 
 
ESDR Leadership Mentoring follow-up: 20-21 April 2020. This meeting has been postponed until further notice; participants have already been contacted. The ESDR team will remain in contact with participants via email.
 
 
ESDR/EADV summer research workshop: 29 June-03 July 2020, Switzerland. This event has been postponed until 2021. New dates and application procedures will be published soon.
 
 
50th Annual ESDR Meeting 2020: 2-5 September 2020, Amsterdam. Our Annual meeting has been postponed. The new dates are 22-25 September 2021. Read the statement from ESDR President above and consult our Frequently Asked Questions.
 
 
ESDR Future leaders academy: 15-17 October 2020, Madrid. This event is currently maintained; the deadline for applications has been extended to Firday 1 May 2020.  If the event is postponed, all accepted participants will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled meeting date.
 
 
Further updates
Our priority is the safety and well-being of our delegates therefore, we will be closely monitoring the situation to ensure that it remains a safe and appropriate time to hold the event.
 
Any announcements on event cancellation or changes will be posted on our website – please check for updates.
