With less than a year to go to the rescheduled 50th Anniversary meeting in Amsterdam, ESDR is planning different scenarios to ensure our annual meeting is run in a safe and optimal way.
The evolution of COVID-19 and the effect it will have on scientific output, travel and face-to-face meetings in future, remains unclear.

We are committed to the idea of bringing people together in one place as we feel this leads to the most rewarding exchanges and experiences. However, it is our view that all future meetings must cater to delegates that, for whatever reason, cannot physically be present at a particular event.

Hybrid/Virtual Meetings
We are now sending out a survey to members and delegates of past meetings to get views on hybrid/virtual meetings. We appreciate you taking some time to complete the survey. The results will help to guide us in preparing a successful meeting that delivers a great experience to physical and virtual participants.
