Are you interested in developing your dermatology research interest but find challenges in your home country and require further mentorship?
The ESDR is pleased to offer a fellowship for research mentoring for a dermatologist or scientist from outside Europe to be paired with an established dermatology researcher in the ESDR to facilitate a 4-week laboratory visit (timing and duration are flexible according to individual circumstances) for training and mentorship.

Eligibility
- Early career dermatologist or skin scientist with interest in research
- Resident in Lower/Middle Income Country* or Least Developed Countries (LDCs)**
- A dermatology doctor (medical doctor training or practicing in dermatology) or skin scientist (PhD student, post-doc) recognised in Lower/Middle Income Country or Least Developed Countries (LDCs)
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Past recipients are not eligible for consideration

EVALUATION OF THE APPLICATIONS
Applications will be assessed by the ESDR Global Health Committee, chaired by Konstantinos Krasagakis (GR)
- Preference will be given to applicants who can demonstrate a previous commitment to dermatology research and are seeking to develop their research career, and/or to advance research in their local country
