Dear Friends, dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the ESDR Board and the Scientific Program Committee, we are delighted to invite you to the 54th ESDR Annual Meeting, which will take place in Antwerp, Belgium, this September.

Antwerp, with its rich history as one of Europe’s most important ports, has long been a city of connections, exchange, and diversity—values that resonate deeply with our mission at ESDR. Just as Antwerp has brought people, cultures, and ideas together for centuries, our annual meeting will serve as a hub for scientific collaboration, fostering innovation and advancing skin research across Europe and beyond.
The Scientific Program Committee has assembled an exciting agenda featuring keynote lectures from world-class scientists, thought-provoking debates, and interactive sessions covering the latest advancements in dermatological research.  Your contributions will be essential in making this meeting a success, and we encourage researchers from all fields of skin science to share their latest discoveries.
At ESDR, we are committed to supporting the next generation of researchers. This year, we continue our strong tradition of empowering early-career investigators, who play a vital role in shaping the future of our field. We are pleased to offer travel grants to facilitate their participation, as well as Global Health Travel Grants for early-career researchers from low- and middle-income countries.

We look forward to welcoming you to Antwerp—to connect, to exchange ideas, and to advance skin research together.
See you in September!
Enikö Sonkoly, ESDR President 2024-2025
Kilian Eyerich, Chair of the Scientific Program Committee
