The Young ESDR Board (Y-ESDR) would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to two founding board members, Tiago R. Matos and Beatrice Dyring-Andersen, as they step down from their roles this month. Since the inception of Y-ESDR in 2024 with Clarisse Ganier and Chris Callewaert, Tiago and Beatrice have brought energy, vision, and unwavering commitment to building a dynamic community for early-career dermatology researchers. Their leadership has been instrumental in (re)shaping key initiatives, including the Future Leaders Symposium and the SkinChronicles and in fostering an inclusive and impactful space for young scientists. We thank them sincerely for their outstanding contributions and dedication.

As we look ahead, we are thrilled to welcome Marianne Bengtson Loevendorf and Jeremy Di Domizio to the Y-ESDR board. With fresh perspectives and diverse experience, they join current board members Clarisse Ganier and Chris Callewaert in continuing the mission to empower young dermatology researchers across Europe. Marianne and Jeremy bring a deep passion for innovation and mentorship, and we are excited to see their ideas help propel Y-ESDR into its next chapter.
